About Me
Hey there, I'm Hannah! Thank you so much for checking out my blog. Let me tell you a little bit about myself.
I'm a huge nature, animal, and food lover. I spend most of my free time reading, hiking, cooking, and playing with my 3 dogs. I'm also a third year student at Indianapolis University Purdue University Indianapolis studying Medical Humanities and Health Sciences. I have a passion for alternative/holistic ways of healing and living a healthy, natural, Earth-friendly life in all aspects. This really started for me a few years ago, when I decided to start cutting out chemicals and synthetic ingredients and noticed how much healthier I felt. I decided after that I would go vegetarian, and I've never looked back. Just seeing how much better I felt and looked, I was inspired to learn more about natural ways of healing and how to be the healthiest versions of ourselves using only the goodness from nature and the goodness inside of us.
With this blog, you will mostly see posts about stress management techniques. Stress can negatively impact our mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual health. By learning how to manage and reduce stress effectively, we can improve all aspects of our lives and begin to be happy and breathe easier.
I hope you enjoy my blog!
